Now before we get started with these delicious recipes, I want to explain real quick what the difference is between Macarons and Macaroons. Both spellings are cookies yes that’s true but they are way different!
Macaron cookies are the fancy French (or Italian) Meringue sandwich cookies. Macaroon cookies are the coconut custard cookies.

- Stand Mixer with a whisk attachment or a Hand Mixer
- Sifter
- Rubber Spatula
- Piping Bags and Tips
- Silicone Baking Mat or Parchment Paper with cooking spray
